Assuage the fears of the incumbents on PROBABLE

civil and criminal charges WITHOUT COMPROMISING the Rule of Law.

The Opposition Political Bloc
Consolidate the opposition parties in support of his candidacy,

The Military Establishment
Neutralize from a participating role, such as in massive cheating,

to that of a true guardian of the electoral processes.

The Religious Elements
Convince the religious elements on the righteousness of his candidacy.

The Foreign Elements
Deal with foreign vested interests on fair and equal level with the interest of

the Filipino People, now and in the future, given appropriate weight.

The Business Establishments
Deal with the Business Sector and transform them

from predatory inclinations to Fair Trade Attitude.

The Peoples’ Movements
Address the various concerns and aspirations of the Filipino People,

establish harmony with peoples’ movements in serving the Filipino People.
